It is a requirement for the acquisition of software licenses offered on this site that you read and accept the following Terms and Conditions which are written below. The purchase of our products will imply that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use in this document.

Purchasing process

The licenses offered by KCS grant you a non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to use the Software in accordance with the terms of use, and Licensor is not responsible for any technical specifications that may be contained in the Software.

By browsing our website, you have the ability to purchase licenses for the Software shown in the “Shop” section.

The procedures for purchasing products in the store are as follows:

You have a cart to add the licenses you are interested in buying by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. At any time you can view the contents of your cart by choosing the option “Cart” in the upper right corner of the website.

Once you have done so, inside the cart choose the option “Finish shopping”.

It is possible to buy without being a registered user. In this case you will be given the necessary data to buy, and you must fill in the obligatory fields in order to provide the service correctly. If you are already registered in the system, you must identify yourself. Check or enter your data and the billing address for the order. If the data and the contents of the cart are correct, accept the Privacy Policy and click on “Buy now”.

Finally, you will have to choose the payment method, being able to choose between paying by card or by bank transfer. In the first case, you will be redirected to the payment gateway.

You will receive the order in your email as well as the necessary information for each product and your electronic invoice.

Price

The price of the products is visible next to each one of them. VAT is not included and will be added later in the purchase process. The current prices are those shown on the website at the time of ordering.

Guarantees

Licensor grants to you the use of the Software without this use entailing any ownership title.

The copyright information of the Software is confidential to KCS and ownership of copies remains with KCS and/or its licensors.

User may not modify, collect, disassemble, decrypt, extract or reverse engineer all or any portion of the Software. You may not assign, lease or sublicense all or part of the Software. The Software contains valuable business secrets. You agree not to extract any information or concepts about it as part of your effort to compete with Licensor, or to assist any third party to do so.

KCS makes no express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, those of merchantability and suitability for a particular purpose, nor does it warrant or represent the use of the Software or the results of the use of the Software in relation to the accuracy, integrity, validity, stability and liability of its content or products. The risk as to the results and performance of the Software is borne entirely by the User.

In no event will KCS be liable to you or any other person for any direct or indirect, special, punitive, incidental or other consequential damages (including, without limitation, those resulting from lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information), or any other damages resulting from the availability, use, reliance on, or inability to use the Software.

Problems when installing licenses

In case of an error when installing the license, we recommend that you check your Internet connection and the correct configuration of your computer. If the license still does not work properly, please contact us via email at support@reusecompany.com.

We do not refund license fees.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal for Software licenses is not applicable. We will not make refunds on licenses that are valid since once the activation code is discovered it is not possible to guarantee the confidentiality of the key, in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Forms of payment

You can pay for your orders at shop.reusecompany.com using the following payment methods:

Credit card

At shop.reusecompany.com we use a totally secure credit card payment system, to ensure the confidentiality of our customers’ data and avoid possible fraudulent purchases. Confidential data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form to the corresponding financial institution. The SSL encryption system gives total security to the data transmission through the network.

Credit card data is not recorded in any KCS database. They are only used in the virtual POS (Point of Sale) of our financial entity, through its secure payment gateway.

At reusecompany.com you can use Visa and Mastercard cards. To pay for your order the financial entity will ask you for your card details (number, holder and CVV code of the card) and a security check.

Once the payment has been confirmed, the order will be prepared.

Bank transfer

If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, at the end of your purchase, you will receive an invoice and the account number to make the transfer.

In the transference you will have to indicate the data that are detailed in the email of confirmation of the order.

Once the bank confirms the deposit, (this process can take a couple of days), we will proceed to send you the license purchased from KCS.

Privacy Policy

This website shop.reusecompany.com ensures that the personal information you submit is secure. The data entered by user or in the case of requiring a validation of the records will not be given to third parties, unless it must be disclosed in compliance with a court order or legal requirements.

Jurisdiction

User acknowledges and agrees that Licensor may take legal action in the event of any breach of this agreement by User.

For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to this website or the services and benefits offered therein, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit themselves, and the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid shall be competent for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to the use of this website.
